The following 3 domains declare the above idea:
- Support of the software product – support covered by maintenance conditions (software maintenance); new versions, new functionality, correction of mistakes etc.)
- Production support – support during system operation provided by ORIWIN in a way of Support Cases – physical control, system service directly on the spot
- System development – development of the system functionality besides the standard system based on customer requirements and mutual agreement on changes – based on a certain work load by settled reaction time (time period within we operate) for fixed payment tariff
