Bar Code System for Production

For integration support of mySAP with systems for process management in production and technology, ORIWIN company developed PFM system (Production Flow Management) enabling integration of processes, systems and data from real-time systems with mySAP.

PFM enables to enlarge standard functionality of mySAP into production process and therefore it gives to production managers, to production dispatchers and to workshop chiefs an opportunity to concentrate only to the most important activity, which is the production management according to prearranged requirements for the production. It enables data transfer needed for production management in real time by the means of standard interface of the both information technology worlds (transaction systems and real time system in the production).

The system supports all functions required for production management. Long time and detailed production planning made in mySAP is transferred to the process level of the company. Production can be supported by availability of documentation on every workplace. Workers from the production are not occupied with filling reports on semi-finished products as the production confirmation is transferred automatically. Material, energy and work labor consumption is ready in required quality, at right time and nobody is burdened with additional obtaining these data. PFM is designed modular and parametrical so that it enables to adapt its functionality to the requirements and needs of the customer.
