Project Management

Project management is the process of planning, coordination and governing the tasks and sources for the defined goal achievement, usually in a defined time, with defined sources and limited price. Project plan can be simple, e.g. a list of tasks with given start and end dates only. SAP integration projects are usually more complex and complicated. They contain hundreds of tasks and tens of sources, which are often provided by more sub-suppliers.
