Automated Data Collection for SAP System

Majority of critical data in production factories originates in the production process and during materials handling. The primary goal here is the production itself, material supply or material shift but not a data input into the information system. One of the possibilities how to solve the problem is to use the automated data collection for the information system.

ORIWIN implements systems for automated material identification and their flow tracking in the company. Mostly the bar codes are used for this. Material movement monitoring with bar codes is considerably more easy and quick than materials with a text label only. The RFID chips are used more often recently. Their advantage is the contactless scanning enabling to read data from several chips at the very same moment.
