SAP Exchange Infrastructure (SAP XI)

SAP Exchange Infrastructure (SAP XI) is a component of the versatile technological platform SAP NetWeaver. SAP XI is an open integrating technology offering a process integration of company applications (SAP and non-SAP) inside as well as outside the company. It contains an integration broker and supports the complex management of business processes even in cases, when the process itself is supported by more company applications. It uses application server SAP Web Application Server.
