FAIN System in Mondi Business Paper SCP, a.s. Ružomberok

Successful implementation of FAIN Standard system for assets inventory by bar codes in the SAP system of Mondi Business Paper SCP in Ružomberok was completed to the last October day.

Based on customer requirements, the basic functionality of FAIN Standard system was enhanced by special functionalities. An enlarged support for processing of more parallel invoices was implemented, enlarged linking to financial module and extended standard reports. Preparation of inventory lists, data exchange with mobile terminals, inventory processing and label printing for the assets and rooms is made directly from the SAP system. Training of end-users and of technical administrators was part of the project as well. The FAIN system was delivered in two language versions, the Slovak and the English ones.
