Solution of product traceability for distribution centers KMV
In middle of June the off-line system for product traceability in distribution centers of the company Karlovarské minerální vody (KMV) started going live.
The system enhances functionality of the 2 years running system ISIP. ISIP is a solution for pallet identification and monitoring by the means of bar codes in mySAP system. The solution was implemented in cooperation with our partner C4U.
Enhanced system by distribution centers provides the KMV company the utilization of product traceability in process of the whole distribution chain according to EU legislation.
Karlovarské minerální vody, a.s. is the biggest producer of mineral and spring water in the Czech Republic. At present it taps and exports spring and flavored mineral water Mattoni and Magnesia, spring water Aquila and several kinds of flavored soda water and ice tea. Its products cover the substantial part of Czech market with mineral water.
