ORIWIN became a member of GS1
On 24.10.2005 the company ORIWIN s.r.o. became a member of the multinational group GS1 Slovakia.
To make processes that run in supply-customer chain more transparent, products are labeled by bar codes created on international standards. Their creation and implementation is governed by the worldwide association GS1. Its members (in more than 130 countries) are authorized to administer the GS1 system and to assign internationally valid and comprehensible bar codes EAN/UPC.
ORIWIN company was on 24.10.2005 assigned a local code 8589000014504 by the decision of GS1 Slovakia in the EAN International system. The membership enables the company ORIWIN to participate on step-by-step building and implementation of standards in product labeling and identification which significantly contributes to increase efficiency of operations in supply-customer relations.
