TRW-DAS will use the bar code system
The company TRW-DAS, a.s. Dačice, prominent producer of automobile components, decided to use MFM System for recording and monitoring of material flows.
The system will be realized for stock of material and expedition stocks. The goal of the project is to improve the quality of warehouse process monitoring and management and to minimize the manual data entry into mySAP system.
Further area is solution for automated data collection for production and quality confirmation. By the means of bar code scanners and PFM System (Production Flow Management) the data needed for production confirmation will be collected directly in the production. It minimizes the number of paper forms necessary for material flow monitoring throughout the production. All data collected in production will be automatically processed by mySAP transactions.
